Services for Thomas Logan Blake who died at 6:15 Thursday afternoon at a Manila Nursing home were held at 2 Saturday afternoon at the Swift Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Percy F. Herring officiating. Burial was in Bassett Cemetery with Swift Funeral home in charge. He was 79.
He was born in Breckinridge County, Ky., and moved to Osceola in 1914. Mr. Blake was a retired brick and cement Mason.
He leaves a son, James Blake, and a stepson, Kenneth Wells, both of Flint, Mich.; one daughter, Mrs. Peggy Alexander, Vallejo, Calif.; three brothers, E. N. of Breckinridge county, Ky., and Frank Blake of Clover Ft., Ky.; two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Hoffman, Clover Ft. and Mrs. Jessie Cook of Hardinsburg, Kan.

Services Saturday for B. R. Moore. Services for B. R. (Dusty) Moore, who died at 2:30 Saturday afternoon at the home of a daughter in Greenwood, Miss., were held Monday at 11 a.m. at Swift Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. E. C. Hance, pastor of the Keiser Methodist Church officiating. Burial was in Ermen Cemetery with Swift Funeral home in charge. He was 81.
He was born in Bowling Green, Miss., June 18, 1875. He came to Arkansas in 1910 and worked with Lee Wilson company at Evadale, later moving to Keiser in 1920 and opened the Keiser Supply store.
He leaves one son, B. R. Moore Jr., with the Air Force and Europe; three daughters, Mrs. Van C. Elliott, Greenwood, Miss., Mrs. Charles J. Johnson, Albuquerque, N. M. and Mrs. J. B. Palmer of Memphis; one brother, Hubert Moore of Memphis; and six grandchildren.
