Funeral services for Mr. Cecil H. osborne, age 67, will be held March 26 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Martin's Funeral Home. The Rev. Norman Williams will officiate. Burial will be in West View Cemetery.
Mr. Osborne was a native of Hancock County but had lived in Milledgeville since retiring from the U.S. Army in 1956.
Survivors include three sisters, Mary Toulson, Wynell Gheesling and Lenora Runette Fortier and one brother, Robert Osborne all of Milledgeville; several nieces and nephews.
