Mrs. Betty Lee Pullum Myers, 76, a resident of 18 Hillside Park Drive, died Saturday morning, September 27, 2014 in the Hinkle Hospice house in Lexington.

She was born October 17, 1937 in Davidson County, a daughter of Jeff Pullum and Addie Alma Miller Pullum. She was a retired employee with Amazon Cotton Mill. Mrs. Myers was a member of Central Wesleyan Church, the Willing Workers Class and served on the Family Life Center Committee and as a nursery worker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter, Jessica Myers and great-grandson Christopher Smith.

On April 4, 1958 she was married to Ernest Myers, who survives of the home. Also surviving are two sons, three grandchildren, two sisters of Thomasville, and four brothers, all of Thomasville. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at 2 P.M. in Central Wesleyan Church with Rev. David Albertson officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
