A longtime resident of Webster Groves, Mo., formerly of Chicago, Illinois, he died peacefully at home surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer. Mr. Green founded ISC Contracting in 1982 at the age of 60.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Betty (Foreman), infant daughter Patricia, daughter Nancy Kathleen Bill, and his second wife, Yvonne (Aldrich) Armstrong. Beloved father; loving grandfather of 19 and great-grandfather of 11; loving brother; loving brother-in-law; beloved uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Mr. Green was a longtime member of Annunciation Parish in Webster Groves, the Missouri Athletic Club, the American Legion, and the 3rd Marine Division, and a published author of WWII history. He was also the recipient of two Purple Hearts. Semper Fi.
