Emma J. Finch, 84, stepped into eternity on June 22, 2010 in Denton, Texas. She was born December 18, 1925 in Clarksville, Texas and graduated from high school in Hot Springs, Arkansas in 1945. She was married on November 1, 1945 to James O. Jimmy Finch in Hot Springs.
Mrs. Finch was a resident of Texarkana for 57 years and was an active member of First Baptist Church on Moores Lane. During her time of membership, she was active in the adult choir, WMU and her Sunday school class. She also worked as the Educational Secretary at First Baptist in the 1960s. Prior to her retirement she was the bookkeeper for Bailey Plumbing Supply in Texarkana.
She was preceded in death by her husband in May, 2004.
