Funeral services for Richard Phelps, 74, who died Wednesday afternoon at the Kings Daughters Hospital, were held Thursday afternoon from Riemann's Chapel with Rev. P.S. Dodge officiating. Interment was in the Mississippi City cemetery. Palbearers were John Eley, R.M. Gibson, W.M. Robertson, George Belton, Myron Myers and Russell Williams.
