Transient Worker Dies in Fairmont

Edward Francis Dick, transient farm worker, died Sunday of a heart attack shortly after he had been taken to Fairmont Community hospital. He became ill while working at the farm of Luverne Nutt northwest of Fairmont. He was 67 years old. He is survived by five children, Mrs. Annabelle Cabunac and Louise Wombles of Paris, Ill., Mary Russell of Danville, Ill., John and Charles. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1:30 from the Beyer and Quackenbush Funeral home with burial in Lakeside. Kirsten Anderson of the Salvation Army in charge.
