Ruth married Lee Abraham Alleman on Dec. 22, 1937 in the Logan LDS Temple. They farmed and ranched in Nounan where they raised their three children, Dennis, Kent and Janice.
Ruth was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, teaching in the auxiliaries and serving in the presidencies of the Primary, Young Women, and Relief Society. She enjoyed housekeeping, gardening, cooking, genealogy and temple work.
Lee passed away in 1987. In 1991, Ruth married Don Rex who died in 1996. She later married Logan Bee. He died in 2001.
Ruth spent several winters in St. George doing temple work before returning home to Nounan. She has spent the past three years in Idaho Falls with Janice and Terry Bartschi as well as with Kent and Paulette Alleman in Nounan.
Ruth is survived by her children, Dennis (Carol) Alleman, Kent (Paulette) Alleman and Janice (Terry) Bartschi, 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Howard, Darrell and William (Bill) Minnig.
Funeral services were held Feb. 18 in the Georgetown LDS Chapel. Interment was in the Georgetown Cemetery.
