RAYMOND W COX age 96, formerly of Springfield, OH and recently of Hilltop Senior Village in Columbus, OH, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 in the Dayton VA Medical Center.
He was born on March 1, 1918 in Washington Court House, OH, the son of Oliver and Hazel (Lee) Cox.
He worked as a truck driver for Brown Steel for a number of years.
Raymond was a United States Army veteran having served in WWII.
He was a member of the UFW #495, American Legion #532 and AMVETS #1928.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Mildred and his second wife, Katherine; a son, Ronald Cox; one brother, Willard Cox and a sister, Helen Achor.
