Muriel Burgess Wilson (1910-1918) was the sister of John Burgess Wilson (1917-1993) a.k.a. English writer and composer Anthony Burgess. His best-known novel is probably A Clockwork Orange. Muriel died of influenza, broncho-pneumonia, and cardiac failure during the 1918 flu pandemic and is buried alongside her mother Elizabeth Burgess Wilson (1888-1918) who died four days later.
