EDNA CATHERINE KUTCHER
Edna Catherine, daughter of John W., and Elsie Washburn Kutcher, was born in Clark County, Missouri, October 13, 1899, and passed away in St. Joseph's hospital, Keokuk, May 21, 1948.
When a young girl she moved with her parents to Farmington, where she attended the public school. In 1924 she united with the Farmington Baptist Church.
She leaves to mourn her passing her mother, and three sisters, Mrs. Vera Gray, Mrs. Minnie Bruggeman and Mrs. Chloe Williams, all of Farmington, besides several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, and two sisters, Ruth Bruggeman and June Kutcher.
Funeral services were held in the Farmington Baptist Church, Sunday afternoon at 2:30, conducted by the Rev. John S. Ellis. Internment in the Greenglade cemetery.

Services for Edna Kutcher, 49, were held Sunday in First Baptist church with Rev. John Ellis officiating. Burial was in Green-Glade cemetery.
Miss Kutcher died Friday in St. Joseph hospital, Keokuk. A semi-invalid, she fell at her home Wednesday and was immediately taken to hospital. She was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kutcher and was born in Clark County, Mo. She had lived in Farmington for 35 years.
Her mother; 3 sisters, Mrs. Furn Gray, Mrs. Carl Bruggeman, and Mrs. Oriss Williams; 4 nephews and a niece survive. Her father and 2 sisters, Ruth and June, are dead.

Farmington, Iowa - Funeral services for Miss Edna Kutcher, 49, were held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the Farmington First Baptist church in charge of the Rev. John S. Ellis, with burial in the Farmington Green Glade cemetery.
Her death occurred Friday night in St. Joseph hospital, in Keokuk, Iowa. She fell in her home here Wednesday and was taken to the hospital in Swan's ambulance the same evening.
She was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Kutcher and was born in Clark County, Missouri. The family came to Farmington about 35 years ago. She was preceded in death by her father, and two sisters, Ruth and June. Those surviving are her mother, Mrs. John Kutcher and three sisters, Mrs. Furn (Vera) Gray, Mrs. Carl (Minnie) Bruggeman and Mrs. Oriss (Cloie) Williams, also four nephews and a niece.
Note - Among those in attendance at the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Russell Washburn of Kahoka.
