Graveside services will be Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Parklawn Cemetery, Brookfield, with Rev. Mike White officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time for the service Wednesday at Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home, Brookfield.
Memorials to the Parent’s Association Birthday Fund at the Higginsville Rehabilitation Center may be left at or mailed to the funeral home, PO Box 496, Brookfield, MO 64628.
Janice Rae, daughter of Lloyd and Virginia (Shull) Hahn, was born August 6, 1954, in Brookfield.
Jan was active in the Special Olympics, the Higginsville Chamber of Commerce Beautification Program, and was a Flag Day Volunteer in Higginsville. She had worked at Pizza Hut, McDonalds, and the Higginsville Workshop all in Higginsville. Jan was also an avid Kansas City Chiefs Fan.
Survivors include two sisters, Linda Munson and husband, David, Warrensburg, and Pam Bechtold and husband, John, Smithville; her boyfriend, Larry, of the Higginsville Rehabilitation Center; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives; and the Higginsville family and the staff at the Higginsville Rehabilitation Center.
Her parents preceded her in death.
