MONROE - Funeral services for Mrs. Susanna Wild who died in Chicago Saturday, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Shriner-Neushwander funeral home, Monroe. Services will be conducted by Rev. Paul C. Kehle, pastor of the Evangelical and Reformed church. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery, Monroe.

The former Susanna Kindlemann was born in Switzerland and was married there May 11, 1878, to Tobias Wild. They came to America in 1881 and farmed in Green county for about 30 years, then made their home in Monroe for 25 years before moving to Chicago nine years ago.

Survivors are three sons, T.H. Wild, Monroe, and Henry and Sam, Winslow, Illinois; three daughters, Mrs. Fred Bruni and Mrs. Kathryn Goecks, Monroe, and Bertha Wild, Chicago; 16 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Four of the grandchildren are in the armed service. Capt. Fred Bruni, who was a member of the Janesville tank company, is a prisoner of war in the Philippines. Herbert Goecks is serving in the army and Frederick and Walter Goecks are in the navy.
