SKAGIT VALLEY FARMER PASSES AWAY AT HOME
George Fred Moore, a well known farmer of the Sauk district, passed away Sunday afternoon after a long illness. Funeral services were held in Mount Vernon Tuesday, with Rev. W. S. Thorndike of this city and Rev. Mr. Holland of Seattle conducting the services. Burial was made in the Mount Vernon cemetery.
Mr. Moore was 56 years old and had lived in this county for the past 25 years, and had been a resident of Sauk for the past six years. Previously he lived at Clear Lake and at Mount Vernon. He is survived by his wife and seven children, three sons and four daughters, all of whom reside in Sauk with the exception of one daughter in Alaska.
