Ova Mildred Brown, 93, Brumley, died Oct 17, 1998, at her home. She was born March 2, 1905, in Hawkeye, a daughter of George W. and Delcie Robbinett Harrison.

She was married Dec 27, 1927, in Tuscumbia, to Walter Edward Brown, who died April 20, 1982.

She was a homemaker, and a member of the Christian Church, Brumley, and the Campbell Lake House, Lake Ozark.

Survivors include: three daughters, Roma Boatman, Alice Tannehill, both of Eldon and Ellen McCubbins, Pacific; one brother, Charlie Harrison, Iberia; 11 grandchildren; and 15 grandchildren. One son, George Brown, preceded her in death.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Christian Church, Brumley. The Rev. Lee Todd will officiate. Burial will be in Gott Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Tuesday at Hedges Funeral Home, Osage Beach. Memorials are suggested to the Missouri River Hospice.
