DRATH(sic) OF MRS. DUGGER

Mrs. Missouria(sic) Adaline Dugger died at her home east of this city on last Friday, April 25*, following a lingering illness. Mrs. Missouria(sic) Dugger was born in Marion county, Arkansas, March 14th, 1860.

She was converted and joined the Methodist church early in life. In 1884 she married Henry A. Dugger, and to this union were born four children; one daughter and three sons, one of the sons is dead. She was also the step-mother to Brother Duffer's other four children, of whom there are two sons and two daughters. Her health had been porrly for the past eight years. The end came not as a surprise, but a sorrow to the loved ones.

Funderal(sic) services were conducted by Rev. J. C. Morris of the Methodist church of this city.

Interment was made in the Sayre-Doxey cemetery.

*Note: Headstone shows 24th but Oklahoma State Death Index has 25th and given name as Missouri. Since the newspaper account on the death matches the State Death Death index date it is assumed the headstone is in error. The index name and headstone match for the given name thus it is assumed the obituary is in error on the spelling.
