MARY AGNES 'TITTER' CARRIGAN FRANCE, 79, of Memphis, homemaker, died of pneumonia Monday at St. Francis Hospital. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. today at St. Louis Catholic Church, where she was a communicant, with burial in Calvary. Forest Hill Funeral Home East has charge. Mrs. France, the widow of William Otis France Jr., leaves four daughters, Judith Arnoult of Memphis, Jane Baker of Fairview, Tenn., Susan France of Bronxville, N.Y., and Caroline Crowe of Coppell, Texas; a son, Bruce France of Southaven; a brother, John Carrigan of Memphis, 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
