Annie Mae Elrod
Annie Mae Elrod, 86, of Dawsonville passed away Sunday September 7, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a short illness.
Born April 5, 1928 in Lumpkin County to the late Ben and Fannie Robinson, she lived most of her life in Dawson County. Mrs. Elrod was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Full Gospel Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dan Elrod; daughter, Carol Elrod Almond; son, Jerry Lamar Elrod; sisters, Velma Rice, Eula Grant, Iris Lowe, Frances Sumner, Hazel Eady, Maggie Abbott; and brothers, Price Robinson and Tommy Robinson.
The family will receive friends Tuesday after 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pleasant Hill Full Gospel Church, c/o Juanita Payne, 121 Couch Trail, Dawsonville, GA 30534.
