She was the daughter of the late James E. Rowsey and Nora Lipscomb Rowsey Bush.
Mrs. Blevins retired in 1991 from Sonoco Products, of Hanover.
She was the wife of the late Arthur W. Blevins, who departed this life in 1985, and is survived by four daughters, Barbara A. Blevins, of McSherrystown; Cynthia Jacobs, of Grand Prairie, TX; Beverly Wolf, of DE and Melissa Seeley, of Hanover; two sons, Jerry W. Blevins Sr., of Red Lion and Michael Blevins, of Hanover; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and four sisters, Rosie Savage, Mary Frances Taylor, Bessie Blackiston and Betty Scott, all of Chestertown, MD.
She was also preceded in death by three daughters, Sharon Blevins, Brenda Baker and Janice Blevins; one sister, Annie Bramble, and one brother, James T. Rowsey.
