FORMER FULTONIAN DIES IN CALIFORNIA:
Hugh H. Marshall Succumbed To Pneumonia Following Operation:

Hugh H. Marshall of San Francisco, California, formally of Fulton, died at a hospital in San Francisco Monday night, November 23, according to information received in Fulton Tuesday. He had been in ill health for many months and died of pneumonia and peritonitis, following an operation. He was 65 years old.

Funeral services were held at an undertaking parlor in Mayesville, California on November 25 and burial was in the Sierra View Cemetery of that city.

Mr. Marshall was a former resident of Callaway, having lived on a farm near Millersburg for many years. He moved to Callaway from Kentucky with his family when a small child. He was a son of William Marshall who died about twenty years ago. His wife, who was Miss Addie H. Byers, died sixteen years ago. After his wife's death he moved to Fulton and lived here several years. He went to Grinnell, Iowa from here and then to California.

Mr. Marshall is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Blanche Marshall Pottle of 1023 Haight Street, San Francisco, a step-daughter, Mrs. Vollie Hill of 2221 West Kiowa Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado, a brother, W.T. Marshall of Yuba City, California and three grandchildren, Helen Hill, Jean and Doris Pottle, also several nieces and nephews.
