She was born in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Judson and Ella Golson Baggott.
She was a member of Rosewood Baptist Church and the True Seekers Sunday School Class.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Vivian (Edward F.) Sharpe and Mrs. Gloria (Chuck) Joyner of Columbia. and Mrs. June (Dan) Lown of Cayce, two sons, Virgil Cox of Columbia and Herbert Wayne Cox of the U. S. Coast Guard, two sisters, Mrs. Marie Lubecke and Mrs. Eva Ford bioth of Columbia. 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 today at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Ronald Gaynor and Rev. W. A. Jackson, with burial in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Walter, Tommy and Ronnie Baggott, Bill Wahl, George Sightler and Charles Shields.
