YORK - Vivian E. Grim, 92, of York Township, died at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday at York Hospital. He was the husband of Lillian J. (Zorbaugh) Grim.
The service will be noon Monday at Covenant Moravian Church, 901 Cape Horn Road, York. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. Viewing will be 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the church. The Workinger-Semmel Funeral Home Inc., 849 E. Market Street, York, is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Grim was born June 12, 1906, in York. He was the son of the late Heighes and Ada (Doyle) Grim.
He was a machinist at Tempco, retiring after 12 years of service. He was a 1924 graduate of William Penn Senior High School and a member of Covenant Moravian Church, American Association of Retired Persons and Margaret E. Moul Home Foundation.
Mr. Grim also is survived by two daughters, Sandra Jean Weire of Florida and Phyllis M. Grim of the Margaret E. Moul Home; a stepson, Raymond H. Copenheaver of Dayton, Ohio; two stepdaughters, Doris J. Ferry of Dover and Edna M. Stuedler of Lancaster; a granddaughter; 18 step-grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; 34 step-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-great-grandchildren.
Officiating at the service will be Bishop Edwin Sawyer, chaplain of Lititz Moravian Home.
