Thomas Richard Norton, 78, of Newport Beach, CA, passed away, Friday, August 1, 2014 peacefully at his home with his family next to his side.
A Life Celebration Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday September 4th, 2014 at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 2046 Mar Vista Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Burial will follow at 10am, Friday, September 5, 2014 at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518. Memorial donations, In lieu of flowers, may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Tom was first and foremost a family man and is survived by his wife of 56 years, Eleanore; his children, Nancy, Tom II and Lynda and their spouses, Ron and Pearl; and his ten grandchildren; his sister, Shela; and his eight nieces and nephews.
Carpe Diem and Semper Fidelis Pops, we will all miss you but your spirit lives on in all of us!
