Mrs. J. W. Andreas of Main street, Nanticoke, died yesterday afteroon at her residence Main street, Nanticoke, after a month's illness of typhoid fever, aged 61 years. Deceased was the wife of Mr. Andreas, and engineer for the Nanticoke Water Co., and had resided at Nanticoke for over five years. She was a native of this city and was a daughter of the late Adam Behee, and was known before marriage as Miss Abi Behee, and was a neighborly, companionable woman and beloved by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her loss a hsuband, two adult sons and the following brothers and sisters: Hamilton Behee, this city; Charles and Grant Behee, New York City; Mrs. Harry Palmer, this city: Mrs. Sarah Miller, Orange, N. J.; Mrs. George J. Wells, Clark's Green, Lackawanna County, Pa.; Mrs. Richard Wilson, Newark, N. J.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 2 o'clock. Interment in Hanover Green Cemetery.
