He is survived by his wife, Debra Hartley of Fruitdale; two sons, Shawn Hartley of Mobile and Todd (Brandy) Hartley of Fruitdale; three sisters, Martha Wilkins of Huxford, AL, Kay Ballard of Pensacola, FL. and Tonya Anderson of Chatom; three brothers, Samuel Hartley of State Line, MS, Robert Hartley of Fruitdale and Albert Hartley of Deer Park; and two grandsons, Braden and Caide.
The family will receive friends from 6 PM - 9 PM on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at Four Points Baptist Church where the Funeral Service will begin at 2 PM on Thursday, January 7, 2010 with Rev. Douglas Price, Rev. Robert Kirkland and Rev. Norman Turner officiating.
Interment will be in Grace Williams Cemetery in Fruitdale. Freeman Funeral Home - Citronelle, AL.
