Funeral Services Held Wednesday For Hyrum Van Fleet

Funeral services were held Wednesday for Hyrum Van Fleet. Prayer at the mortuary was offered by Ezra Jenson. Prelude music by Fern Hess. Opening prayer by Lynn Stoddardd (sic), a member of the Second ward bishopric.

Speakers were Bishop DeVaughn Jones, Irvin Hughes, and Fred Abbott. Musical selections were by Margaret Hess and Gloria Richards--a duet; vocal solo by Laurella Tippetts, and a duet by Fern and Milt Hess. Closing prayer was given by Reed Van Fleet and dedication of the grave by Gordon Van Fleet. We extend our sympathies to his wife, Nita, and daughter Ann. MW
