Ms. Rhoda was a member of the Gloster United Methodist Church.
Survivors include 2 sons, John Iverson of Meridian, MS and Douglas Iverson of Osyka, MS; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and 1 sister, Bess Van Norman Simmons.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hiram "Bud" Van Norman and Pearl Causey Van Norman; husband Raymond Iverson; 1 sister Mamie Davis Van Norman Willoughby whose pen name was "Rosebud Stevens"; and 1 brother, Eddie Van Norman.
