Nathaniel Harriman was born July 15, 1709 at Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts to Matthew and Martha Page Harriman. He married Sarah Page March 11, 1730 at Haverhill and their children were: Hannah, Moses, Margaret, Page, Deliverance and Phillip. After the death of Sarah, Nathaniel married Elizabeth Hutchins, widow of Jonathan Knight, on February 14, 1752 at Scotland,, Connecticut. Children of Nathaniel and Elizabeth were: Jonathan and Nathaniel Jr. Nathaniel died in 1790 at Plaistow, Rockingham County, New Hampshire and is presumed buried there.
