Funeral services for Coleman Oscar Bridges, 90, of Vidor will be held Monday, December 27, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Temple with Reverend Robert Turnage and Reverend B.H. Clendennen officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Mr. Bridges was born August 9, 1914 in Hamilton County, Texas to the late Willie N. and Nettie (Blakely) Bridges and died December 23, 2004 in Vidor, Texas. A resident of Vidor for over 46 years, he was a retired quality control inspector from Mobil Oil and a member of Victory Temple. He is survived by his wife, Erma Bridges of Vidor; three sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald L. and Cheri Bridges of Fannett, Gary N. and Sherry Bridges of Beaumont, Mark and Kay Bridges of Vidor; two daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and Buddy Pelton of Lumberton, and Kay and Whitney LeBlanc of Vidor; thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. 1155 N. 11th Street Beaumont, Texas 77702 (409)892-3456 claybarfuneralhome.com
