Mrs. Tim Keefe Taken by Death

Mrs. Timothy Keefe of 616 East Broadway died late Sunday evening at a local hospital. She was a resident of Butte for the past 54 years.
Mrs. Keefe was the sister of the late Rev. M. D. Hudtloff, pastor of St. Mark's Lutheran church, and Paul Hudtloff, prominent Butte man. She was a devoted member of the United Lutheran church.
Surviving relatives include her husband; one son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph T. Keefe, Butte; two daughters, Mrs. E. Keefe Sheehan, China Lake, California; Miss June M. Keefe, Butte; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Hudtloff, Ukiah, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hudtloff, Kamrar, Iowa; three sisters, Mrs. Ed Eno, Butte; Miss Christiana Hudtloff, and Miss Alma Hudtloff both of Omaha, Neb.; three sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. John Gredan, Portland, Ore., Mrs. Katherine Bartzen, Los Angeles, Calif.; and Mrs. Preston Burris, Mill Valley, Calif.; four grandchildren, Timothy and Lynn Keefe, Butte; Maureen and Patrick Sheehan, China Lake, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
The remains are at White's funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Timothy Keefe were held Thursday afternoon at the White mortuary. The rites were conducted by the Rev. D. N. Jensen.
During the services Mrs. Martha B. Davies accompanied by W. H. Johns sang, "Abide With Me," and "My Faith Looks Up."
Pallbearers were Duane Riehter, John McCarthy, Ralph Munkers, Mike Popovich, Dan Popovich and Tom Popovich. Interment was in Mount Moriah Cemetery.
