BRILLION – Elmer G. Wolfmeyer, 74, of 228 MacArthur Ave., Brillion, died Monday at Theda Clark Hospital, Neenah, after a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be at Brillion EUB Church the Rev. Willard Albertus officiating. Burial will be in the Highland Memorial Cemetery, Appleton.

Mr. Wolfmeyer was born Aug. 9, 1890, at Forest Junction, son of the late George and Bertha Zick Wolfmeyer. He married Ella Korb, September 14, 1916 at Kasson, and the couple farmed north of Brillion until 1953. Since that time the couple lived at Brillion where he worked for the city.

Survivors are the wife, a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Wilma) Kane, of Cato, a son, Willard of Shawano, two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Achilles and Mrs. Leona Henning of Sheboygan and two brothers, Gilbert and Reuben, of Brillion and seven grandchildren. Two sons and a sister preceded him in death.
