Born June 11, 1934, in Omaha, Nebraska, she was the daughter of Pat and Henrietta Widner Hoegerl.
On August 12, 1953, in Omaha, she was married to Barry M. Jones, Sr., who preceded her in death on December 12, 2012.
A member of All Saints Catholic Church, Grayce was also a member of All Saints Ladies Society.
Surviving are children, Barry M. (Dawn) Jones, Jr., Logansport, Scott (Paula) Jones, Logansport, Jeff (Molly) Jones, Kalamazoo, Mich., and daughter, Jill Jones, Columbus, Ohio; sister, Joan Hodges, Shreveport, La.; grandchildren, Ryan (Margie) Jones, Ashley Jones, Sadie Jones, Scott Jones, Jr., Jackie (Brad) Sowinski, Cody Jones, Lauren (Aaron) Hackman, and Aaron (Jennifer) Stephenson; great grandchildren, Ashton Hackman, Cooper Hackman, Dash Sowinski, and Claire Stephenson.
A brother, Buzz Hoegerl, preceded her in death.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2014, at All Saints Catholic Church, with Fr. Dominic Petan officiating.
Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 29, 2014, at Kroeger Funeral Home, where a Scripture Service will be held at 6:30 p.m.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
