Her mother died when she was a baby and she was raised in Sam Hogue home.

Mrs Ole B Moe, 60, died Tuesday December 15 after a lingering illness. She was born Feb 17, 1832 on the present John Eide farm, At the age of 3 days her mother died, after which she was taken to the Sam Hogue of Strum, where she resided for 14 years. She then went to live with her father until 1909, when she was married to Ole B Moe.

They resided on the present farm since their marriage. She is survived by her husband; six children, Mrs Victor Olson, Strum, Mrs Nordahl Flaaten, Osseo; Mrs Elmer Severson at home; Bernard, Eau Claire; Nordahl, Pigeon Falls; Lewis of Cloves, NM; also a brother Anton,
Portland, Oregon.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec 19 at West Beef River Lutheran Church, the Rev NA Berntson officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery,
