He served in the US Army for 6 years active and 3 years in the Reserve. He was awarded The Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Overseas Service Ribbon for his service to his country.
Thomas is preceded in death by his mother, 2 sisters; Doreen Joy Driscoll and Susan Driscoll Bohard.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the A. J. Powell Memorial Cemetery Pavilion.
Burial followed at A. J. Powell Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are by Powell Funeral Home in Hominy, Oklahoma.
