Donald A Laycock, Sr.

Donald A Laycock, 63, of Aurora, died Saturday at Copley Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jun 9, 1914 in Aurora. He was a member of Holy Angel's
Church and Moose Lodge 400 of Aurora. Mr. Laycock retired two years ago
from Stephens-Adamson where he had been employed for 41 years as a
layout man.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia, two sons, Dr. David Laycock of Mobile, Ala.,
and Donald Laycock Jr., of Aurora, two grandchildren: two sisters, Dorothy Caspar
of Aurora and Mrs Williaim (Marie) Johnson of Sugar Grove and several nieces
and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Anna Laycock.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. from the Corcoran Funeral Home to Holy
Angel's Church. The Rev. Hubert V McGinn will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet
Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home. A rosary will
be said at 8 p.m.
