Revell Wade Pike
Revell Wade Pike – 82, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2014, at his home.
He was the son of the late Clell and Dora Pike and was preceded in death by his first wife, Sue Ellen Pike, daughter, Pamela Doucette, brother, Thomas Pike and sister, Nina Jean Bass.
Revell was born in Livingston, Kentucky and lived throughout the world during his career in the military. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and was of the Christian faith.
He retired as a Master Sergeant with the United States Air Force and later retired as Logistics Director with the Northrup Company.
Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Martha Pike, two children, Patti Southard, of Roswell, GA, Revell Wade Pike, II (Stacey), of Alto, GA, two step children, Leigh Anne Davis, Michael Clint Melton (Amber), of Huntsville, AL, eight grandchildren, Kelly, Holly, April, Landrey, Tyler, Andrew, Parker, Emma and five great grandchildren, Benjamin, Bailee, Bella, Evelyn and Gwendolyn.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, August 29, 2014, at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with military rites being conducted.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 28, 2014,at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Amedysis Hospice, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to your church in Revell's memory.
