MRS. CHARLOTTE AUGUSTA AYRES.
Mrs. Charlotte Augusta Russell Ayres, of Brooklyn, but for many years a resident of Upper Montclair, died on Tuesday, at the residence of her son, Dr. H. Messenger Ayres, in Inwood avenue. Mrs. Ayres was in the seventy-third year of her age, and had been in ill health for several years. She was a daughter of Daniel Russell, of Connecticut, and a member of the Christian Union Congregational Church. Two sons survive. They are Dr. Morgan W., and Dr. H. M. Ayres. The funeral was private.
