William Bailey (1796-1849), son of M. (Minter) and N. (Nancy Ann Norris) Bailey. His two wives were: Hannah Edmonds (1797-1822) and Frances Mundell (1798-1854). His (*)grave marker was built as part of the wall - put up by H. Bailey 1906.
REF: HCPD Journal III, Issue 2, Jan 1985, pa 84.

*Suggested edit: J. H. Bailey in 1906 engraved the marker for William Bailey (memorial #134790708). He (William) had a son named James Herbert Bailey, Sr. (1832-1918 who may be the possible engraver.
Note: It's just a guess though as he had many children, but James Herbert is the only one with those initials.} I am going to check with the SAR on his birth and death dates as William is listed on a SAR application in 1959 so the applicant has to supply the documentation.
