The will of the late Homer Overcash, of Ellisville, who died July 24, 1954, is on file in the office of Fulton County Clerk Harry Parr at Lewistown. The instrument, dated July 20, 1954, names a nephew, Chester Duke, to serve as executor. After payment of debts and funeral expenses, all real estate, household furnishings, an automobile, and garden and lawn tools are left to Duke. The remainder of the estate is left to a sister, Mrs. Rello Kelley, of Ellisville. Hearing on a petition to probate has been set by Acting County Judge Ezra Clark for Aug. 25, 1954.
