SOUTH BEND -- Services for H. Ivan Magee, 83, 4727 W. Cleveland Road, who died Sunday at St. Joseph's Medical Center, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Weaver Funeral Home, 615 Union St., Union Mills. Burial will be at Union Mills Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where Masonic services will be at 7:30 p.m.
Mr. Magee was a self-employed businessman. He was born Jan. 26, 1907, in Decatur, Neb., and lived in South Bend for 46 years. On June 15, 1941, in LaPorte, he married Martha Brettin, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Thomas of Plymouth; three grandchildren; and a brother, Burke of Redmond, Wash. He was a member of Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend since 1943.
