Joe was born March 11, 1951 in Bentonville, AR to the late Phillip Edward and Lura (Hedrick) Undernehr.
Joe was a truck driver for over 20 years for McKee Foods and loved family get-togethers, the St. Louis Cardinals, helping others, and antique car shows.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Bob, Denver, and Gene Undernehr.
Survivors include his loving wife Shannon of the home; one son, Joey Undernehr of Rogers; three daughters, Kimberly Alas of Bentonville, Katie Undernehr of Bentonville, and Kassie Gale of Rogers; two brothers, Jerry Lee Undernehr of Rogers and Ben Undernehr of Rogers; one sister, Ruby Wishon of Rogers; and five grandchildren, William, Tanner, Seth, Madison, and Harvey.
