Mrs. Charles (Hazel) Koehn, 86 1763 W. Broadway, Apt. A, died Friday at 6:50 p.m. at Community Memorial Hospital. She had been ill for two years.
She was born Hazel Kirk Clark on Jan. 3, 1883, at Caldwell, Wis., to Mr. and Mrs. Horace Clark. She lived in the city since 1916 except for seven years during which she resided at Mound, Minn. She was married to A. A. Atkinson and after his death she was married to Aaron N. Nelson. After the death of Mr. Nelson she was married to Charles Koehn.
She was a member of McKinley Methodist Church, Winona Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, Royal Neighbors and Ladies Auxiliary of Brotherhood of Railroad Firemen.
Survivors are: Her husband; one son, Hallard Atkinson, Miles City, Mont., five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, and Mrs. Gerald (Jean) Bruss, Minnesota City, a granddaughter whom she raised. One son, Horace Atkinson, has died.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Fawcett Funeral Home, the Rev. Glenn Quam McKinley United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7-9 p.m. and Monday after 1 p.m.
A memorial is being arranged.
