LAKE PLEASANT, N.Y. Albert F. Juckett, 83, of Lake Pleasant, a winter resident of Ormond Beach for 20 years who worked for General Electric, Daytona Beach, in the 1960s, died Jan. 22 at Wells House Nursing Center, Johnstown, N.Y.

Mr. Juckett was born in Bouquet, N.Y., and originally lived in the Daytona area from 1963 to 1967 to work as a manager of manufacturing engineering in GE's Apollo Support program. He retired from GE, Schenectady, N.Y., in 1977 as a manager of facility projects. He was a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea Rotary Club.

A leader and member of many organizations in New York, he had a lifetime achievement trusteeship there in the Methodist Church, Troy Conference. He was a mechanical engineering graduate of Clarkson College, Potsdam, N.Y. An avid golfer and outdoorsman, he was active in the Boy Scouts of America Council.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Lois; a son, Glenn, Ormond Beach; a daughter, Virginia Schaffer, Worthington, Ohio; a brother, Lyman, Buena Park, Calif.; a sister, Jessie Juckett, Elizabethtown, N.Y.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
