Edwin G. Tennant, of Woodlawn avenue, Scranton, who died yesterday after an illness of several weeks, was the father of B.W. Tennant, of Luzerne avenue, chief clerk for the Stevens Coal Co. Mr. Tennant was 53 years of age. He first suffered from typhoid fever, but later pneumonia also developed. His wife survives, and Mr. B.W. Tennant is the only son. The funeral will take place on Friday afternoon at two o'clock, with interment in Dunmore Cemetery.
