After suffering for about two months, (Thomas) Frank Arrison, aged 29 years, the son of Albert (Ethelbert) and (Charlotte) Jane Curl Arrison of Washington avenue, Charleroi, and one of the best known young men of that city died Saturday morning, May 31, 1913, at the West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. He had been taken there about amonth ago and had undergone an operation for an abcess. He parents and two sisters, Misses Fannie and Emily, all of Charleroi, survive. As the only male member of the class of 1900, Mr. Arrison graduated from Charleroi high school. Two years later he became connected with the Pennsylvania railroad freight office in Charleroi and worked his way up until in August of 1911, he was appointed extra agent. He was affiliated with Charleroi Lodge No. 615 F. and A.M., and Mcean Commandery No. 80, Knights Templar, and with the Syria Temple in Pittsburgh. He was a member of the Washington avenue Presbyterian church. Funeral services were held on Monday evening at 7:15 o'clock at his late home, 526 Washington avenue, Charleroi, with Interment Tuesday at 1:30 o'clock in the Laurel Point cemetery at Carmichaels. Mr. Arrison is a nephew of Mrs. Jane Schmitz and Mrs. John Phillips, of Carmichaels.
