Robert Lanier, 83 died November 22, 2007 at Presbyterian Hospital. He was born May 23, 1924, son of Robert DeWitt and Ila Cordelia Lanier. He was married to Loubeth Miller Lanier for 55 years. His parents and wife preceded him in death.
Robert was a member of Moore's Chapel United Methodist Church,of Mt. Holly Masonic Lodge #544, and of the Scottish Rite Bodies. He retired from the Clariant Corporation after 35 years and later from Avis Rental Car after 10 years of service.
