Whose family moved towards and into Iowa.

Philander Storts family:
Eventually, they decided to explore further West and because they had access to boat travel, they came down the Mississippi River unto the Arkansas River. Where they found Memphis, then onto Fort Smith. (1890s).
Later on, he and his wife made travel back to Ohio, especially to visit family.
I believe because they had become too elderly or ill, did not return to Arkansas.
