Mrs Grace Eslick has filed a contest to the will of her deceased son, Henry Peard, who died on the 12th inst., leaving an estate valued at $50,000. In the will of the son Mrs Eslick was ignored, the deceased leaving his entire estate to his widow, Mrs Sophie Peard. As grounds of contest Mrs Eslick alleges undue influence and unsoundness of mind.
