William Hodges Garland, 67, of 119 Youngblood Road died
Monday in a local hospital.
Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today in Moores Funeral Home in Milledgeville. Burial will be in Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Milledgeville. The Rev. Ken Fuller will officiate.
A native of Hancock County, Mr. Garland lived in Baldwin County most of his life. He was owner and operator of Garland Sheet Metal. He was a member of Hardwick United Methodist Church and a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Marion Kinney Garland of Milledgeville; a son, William K. Garland of Milledgeville; a daughter, Lynn Avant of Milledgeville; and three grandchildren.
