Funeral services for Ernest Kinney, 63, who died Sunday, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Hardwick Methodist Church with the Rev. Howard Sims officiating. Burial will be in Baldwin Memorial Gardens.
The body will lie in state at the church from 1 to 2 p.m.
He was employed at the Milledgeville State Hospital for the past 28 years. He was a member of the Woodman of the World.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Nora Johnson Kinney of Hardwick; two daughters, Mrs. Marion Garland and Mrs. Verna Taylor both of Hardwick; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Rover of Dallas, Mrs. Idela Richardson of Warrenville, S.C. and Mrs. J.H. Holcombe of Taylors, S.C,; two brothers, Frank M. Kinney of Eatonton and Ray H. Kinney of Chattanooga, Tenn,; two grandchildren.
The body will remain at Berry-Martin Funeral Home in Milledgeville.
